“Something About Sandy”

Break into teams of 2

Intro: This is Sandy (60 lb sandbag) and we’ll be trying to earn her affection.

Now, Sandy loves things to be a little rough. So…

Team 1: HIM 1 throws sandy 25 yards to the soccer dot, while HIM 2 does the F3 male mating ritual (lunge walk) alongside all the way to the dot (WC if you want), switch roles at dot

Sandy loves to be with 2 HIMs at the same time so the teams must stick together for the throwing/walking.

Sandy also loves to be fawned over, so when the team gets back to the dot, HIM 1 takes Sandy and runs away with her to the dot to profess his love and then runs back, where HIM 2 then takes her and runs to the dot and back while trying his luck.

All the while, the other teams will be in the corner trying to impress Sandy as well by doing:

50 SC chest press WC, 25 SC squats WC, 20 SC merkins, 25 LBCs

It’s a race to see who can finish first, the two man team or the group doing PT. Loser gets 10 burpees to try to impress Sandy and increase their standing with her, while the winners get to bask in glory of the win and only get 5 burpees

Repeat for all teams

After all the teams have gone… as the saying goes, absence makes the heart grow fonder so 1 lap around the field without Sandy.

FIFA: Oldest Kid going through some dumb school shit. Trying to offer advice without being too prescriptive because she needs to figure it out on her own. Part of life. The advice I gave was be yourself and try not to care too much about what other people think. She asked how do you do that and I didn’t have a good answer. I told her that being true to yourself is always something you’ll be working at, that even mom and dad work at it every day.
