F3 The Capital Annual CSUAP

We climb the steps to the Lincoln Monument 24 times to honor the 110 flights of stairs first responders climbed on 9-11-2001.

This is done annually on or near 9/11.

Neighboring regions and F3 Nation PAX are welcome to join.

PAX honor the fallen in several ways, choosing to climb, run, or ruck the stairs. Some carry flags, others memorials to honor individual.

In addition to climbing the stairs there is a “Reading of the Timeline” in remembrance of the sequence of events that fateful day.
