THE THANG: 5 rounds of 10 reps of:
Squat jump twists, hand release merkins, sit-up/push-ups, ending with a 10yd run. Once one person finished, everyone sprinted to the 50 yd line regardless of wheee they were.

At the 50yd line the PAX played a came of random cones. Each round started with a burpee and a 60 yr run followed by a bear crawl to the cone of choice. Each cone had an exercise that was done by all. MARY: During the Thang

THE THANG: We had two series of 5 rounds or 10 reps of 4 exercises. Series 1: 10 star squats jumps
10 push-up/sit-up
10 supermans
10 yard sprint, jog back
repeat 5x.
After the first PAX finished, everyone stopped and sprinted to the 50 yd line and jogged back. Series 2:
10 reversees
10 bonnie blairs
10 jump twists
elbow drag (dead legs) to 10 yrd and crawl bear back.
Same thing as round 1, meet at 50 once someone completes it. MARY: One round of LBCs and we were spent.
