Reflecting on my time as a Scout and Scout leader, I only recently changed my perspective of reverence as something broader than religion. While faith is certainly one expression of it, reverence can also be found in the majesty of nature, the joy of family time, and the meaningful moments throughout our lives that remind us to pause, appreciate, and be grateful.
