– PAX formed a circle, with feet touching the PAX on either side and get into the Sumo Squat position.
– Object is to score by slapping the ball through a goal (any other PAX’s legs). The PAX who scores retrieves the ball while all other PAX perform burpees, starting at 1 and laddering up to 10 – For balls out of bounds, the pax perform 10 penalty merkins.
