COT: QIC shared his mental health journey and daily challenges living with adult ADHD. The attached is a pretty good representation of how most tasks, even the simplest ones, are completed. It’s rarely a straight line but i’ve learned to manage and set expectations appropriately. As always, I appreciate the structure and support this group of fine men bring to the gloom each morning. And that’s what keeps me headed in the right direction.
