The Q was worried there might be rain today. Our backup plan was to do all the same stuff, but in the rain. So I think it was a win. He was also hoping to take advantage of the daylight we’re getting now, that goes away for a little while after the time change this weekend. So the plan was to pay up front for a little fun later. If you believe the mumblechatter – and you should never believe mumblechatter – there was some skepticism that the fun part was going to come. But the PAX gutted it out, and we played some games.

THE THANG:
Leg Bearchetta.
The PAX line up on the end line and bear crawl 100 yards. It was a soccer field, which is measured in “metric yards” according to Legacy. So we went 100 metric yards, to the other end. Then 100 calf raises, then mosey back. Then bear crawl 75 yards, do 75 body weight squats, mosey back. Bear crawl 50, do 50 lunges (easy count), mosey back.
Bear crawl 25, do 25 Bobby Hurley’s, mosey back.
Bear crawl 10, do 10 Bonnie Blairs (hard count), mosey back.
Part 2: F3 Ultimate. You know the rules. Team 2 made an amazing comeback, winning the “next score for all the marbles” goal.

This sounds a whole lot like fart sacking. So kudos to the PAX who continue to get up and get to it in the morning. Momentum is real. The Q encouraged the PAX to apply this to other parts of their lives – for example connecting with old friends. Getting out of touch has momentum, too, and takes a little extra effort to get back into the work.
