(1) We did some kind of increasing combination of push-ups, SSHs, Side Plank Extensions (2) We did Thursters and KB Swings – increased the reps
(3) We moseyed over to the Hill and did a couple of rounds of sprinting up the hill. It was good. I’m pretty fast
