Two legends in their respective fields called it quits this week: Tom Brady & Ozzy Osbourne.
TB12 was a 7 time Super Bowl Champion, 4 time Super Bowl MVP, countless other accolades, hot ex-wife, crypto currency ambassador, etc.
Ozzy Osbourne is an 8 time Grammy Award winner, bit the head off a live bat on stage and probably did enough drugs to fill an entire football stadium.
Both pushed their bodies, albeit in different ways, to the absolute limit. And both finally decided to listen to their bodies (or were told by people around them) that maybe it was time to hang it up. QIC was reminded that it is important to listen to your body. It’s ok to take a break occasionally. Modify as necessary. Don’t let the competitive spirit push you over the limit.
