Mosie around fields,
Bear crawl to 50 yd, flutter kicks until everyone arrives, karaoke 100 yards, Al gore till everyone arrives, 25 flutter kicks together
Crab walk 50 yards, high plank till everyone returns
60 tic toc burpees— alternate rests with half of group (30 total for each person)
Mosie to bench.
20 dips, 20 air squats, 10 shoulder tap merkins, 10 standard merkins, 20 big boys
