THE THANG: basketball court provided a nice surface for a circuit of exercise-movement-exercise. Merkins, lunge walk, squat, broad jump, Carolina dry dock, sprint, calf raise, dips, Peter Parker, lunge walk (again), squat (again), broad jump (again), scissor kicks, sprint (again), and mountain climbers.
Took a sightseeing run around the park, then returned to finish up with step-ups and typewriter Merkins.
MARY: toy soldier, Freddie Mercury, and LBC.
Ended with some recovery stretches: Willie Mays Hayes, cherry pickers, shoulder stretch, tricep stretch, forearm stretch.
