WARMUP: Some stretching and ninja warrior shenanigans at the park. THE THANG: 12 miles with 20 pounds dry, completed in 4hrs 18min.
COT: During the ruck we visited Culpeper National Cemetery, Fairview Cemetery, the Wine St WWII and Korea memorial, and the Culpeper Minuteman Memorial, as well as the plaque dedicated to Maj. John “The Gallant” Pelham. We were reminded of the sacrifice and dedication of those who went before us, and God’s call to us as men to be strong and courageous.
