The Big Triangle: three stations, three exercises per round, descending number of reps at each station.

Round 1, 30 reps

– Merkins
– Big Boi Situps
– Squats

Round 2, 20 reps

– Derkins
– Coupon situps
– Goblet squats

Round 3, 10 reps

– Bent over row, IC
– Skull crushers
– Thrusters

The Pax made it through three passes of The Big Triangle and went for a lightning round ending with Pax-chosen exercises!

– IT band stretch
