WARMUP: Side straddle hops, arm circles, imperial walkers, hill billies, cherry pickers, Willie Mays heys, downward dog and cobra kai, and then a handful of burpees, mountain climbers, dips, mercans and squats.
THE THANG: PAX split into two groups, with each group doing three rounds (and change) of CG’s favorite routine. Each round consisted of: 10 burpees
20 mountain climbers
50 body weight squats
And one lap around the track
