WARMUP: Side Straddle Hops, Hill Billy Walkers, Cherry Pickers, Copperhead Squats, Atlas, Side Dips
THE THANG: Mosey to Stadium stairs. Snaked the stairs to the end and back. Top for ten merkins. Bottom for alternating cadence count ten flutter kicks and American hammers. This proved enough to soak front and backside.
Mosey along boardwalk stopped for derkins, dips, and urkins until the upper was wasted. Mosey further down and did squatting seal claps. Mosey back and did some plank jacks under the bridge.
