WARMUP: The standard warmup of side straddle hops, imperial walkers, copperhead squats, arm circles, mercans, cherry pickers, willie mays heys, downward dog and cobra kai, followed by a lap around the track.
THE THANG: PAX paired off for Dora with sets of coupon exercises. Each set was 70 reps – one PAX exercised while the other PAX ran to the 40 yard line and back. The coupon exercises: Shoulder presses
