WARMUP: SSH, Imperial Walkers, Cherry Pickers, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps, Windmills
THE THANG: Deck of cards split in quarters with a stack left at each corner of the field. PAX drew a card at each corner doing the following exercises: Spades = burpees, Clubs = Big boy sit ups, Diamonds = Merkins, Heart = Bodyweight Squats. PAX ran the sideline between corners and did various other exercises to travel the goal lines including duck walk, bear crawls, reverse running, sprints, crab walks, etc MARY: flutter kicks, LBC
