Pyramid workout interspersed with PAX attempting 10’ putts. If PAX missed the putt, Q offered extra credit exercises in the form of bear crawls, burpees, extended plank, crab walks, sprints … PAX hit over 50% of putts, truly a multi-talented crew

COT: YHC has struggled losing patience with kids at bedtime. Remember to take the time to get my/your head right so you can be your best self for those that depend on you.
