THE THANG: As a tribute to the great men and women who invented the holiday that allows the Detroit Lions to continue to stay in business….we spelled out their names with exercises, alternating rep counts between 16 and 21 to signify the year of the first thanksgiving. Oh and we ran a lap in between each letter so a full 2 miles stuffed inside this turducken of pain.
