The Thang:
Dora with a catch: all teams stop when the first team finishes its rep for each exercise. Take the difference between the target number of reps and the number of reps completed by the slowest team. Add that difference to the number of reps the winning team must complete the next round. – 200 Curls
– 175 Goblet Squats
– 150 Overhead Press
– 125 Kettlebell Swings
– 100 Merkins
– 75 Thrusters
– 50 Bonnie Blairs (right leg+left leg = 1 rep) – skipped due to being short on time – 25 Blockees

CoT: Throughout this workout, YHC invited the PAX to remember times in their lives when they have been frustrated or disappointed over things they could not control. YHC invited the PAX to remember those moments of frustration, and channel that energy into the workout, thereby giving “payback“ to the world.

However, at the end of the workout, why YHC remarked that the true character building comes when we learn to forgive those who have offended us.
