Station 1: block, 10 lb weights, exercise dice
Station 2: weighted ball, 25lb dumbbells, jump rope
Station 3: Bench: dips, step ups, Bulgarian squats

MARY: lbcs, penguin taps, scissor kicks

COT: be resilient
