WARMUP: The standard side straddle hops, arm circles, Michael Phelps, imperial walkers, hillbillies, cherry pickers and Willie Mays heys.
THE THANG: Our favorite exercises, done in sets of 100 as follows:
The PAX did 50 reps of the exercise, then did five lunges and ran across the field, did another 50 reps of that exercise and then did five more lunges and ran back across the field to the starting point. The exercises: Copperhead squats
