Seven rounds of the following exercises with coupons, 20 sec each, 10 sec in between: Good Mornings
Goblet Squats
Bent Over Rows
Shoulder Press
Reverse Lunges
Chest Press

Mary: Flutter Kicks, Penguin Crunches, Sweat Angels, Australian Snow Angels, Nolan Ryan, and American Hammers.
