“Sugar’s Pick Your Poison”
Each set would consist of 50 reps of two different exercises. After you do 50 reps, you run up and down the steps with a cinder block and back. For each set, you could choose which exercise you wanted to do, catering to your personal strengths. Set 1:
Cumulative 50 reps of either Merkins or Air Squats
Run up and down the steps and back with coupon

Set 2:
Cumulative 50 reps of either Jump Lunges or Coupon swings
Run up and down the steps and back with coupon
