THE THANG: starting at the 50 yard line 50 squats with the block were performed, we rifled carryed the coupon to the 40 yard line where 40 curls were performed we then rifle carried the coupon to the 30 yard line where 30 kettle bell swings were performed, rifle carried to the 20 yard line where 20 bent over rows were performed, then we rifle carried to the 10 and did 10 over head presses. We rifle carried to the goal line and then headed back to the 50 stopping at each 10 yard line to perform the corresponding exercise that was done before. Basically 4 sets of this was done. Then we did 1.5 laps of Ricky Bobby MARY: all pax did a 10 rep excercise
