F3 Poker – Divide into 2 teams. Each team comes forward to play a hand of blackjack. If either player busts, it’s 20 burpees. Otherwise, the winning card of the winning hand dictates the exercise and the count is whatever the total hand value that won was – we did clubs – wide push-ups, spade would have been triangle pushups, hearts was big boy sit-ups, diamonds was LBCs but I would do flutter kicks or bonnie blairs for that next time. We worked our way around #Patriot in reverse order from normal. Never went more than 2 minutes without stopping.

At each stop, 5 burpees, 10 merkins and 15 squats (did it 10x on the trip).

Sometimes we did pairs and timer was running basketball court and football field suites and around front steps while partner did 5. 10. 15.

To get to each spot it was a jog, bear crawl, high knees or butt kickers.

COT: thanks to all the PAX who have beaten the fartsack and made Horizon such a great AO; YHC was struck by a vaguely familiar feeling as the weather warms up and COVID goes down. the feeling was optimism. hadn’t had it in awhile but glad it’s back. props to the PAX who showed up, esp during the gloomy winter days, to support each other.
