Q shared story at work of junior staff not following through with commitments and that person expecting him to accept the results therefore passing them on to the client. We seemed to be asked a lot of times to accommodate other people’s mistakes that require we lower expectations requiring us to expend a certain amount of grace. But grace can’t be expected or demanded or else it cheapens it. As such we must continue to pursue righteousness as Christ requires even though we may not measure up. In this way we will continue to understand the fullness of his grace when we really do need it.
