Observations: This workout challenged not just cardio and strength, but also coordination and balance. All PAX executed complicated movements like pros, although YHC confused his punch and jab multiple times.

Mosey back to Nottingham ES front parking lot – over top of the hill first. Stand by for the Shoulder Tap (10 reps) and Mountain Climber (10 reps) on my count x5. Mosey back to The Patriot.
