CoT – good enough or don’t let the perfect be the enemy of done. In the past, I’ve set unreasonable expectations on myself that, to show up as Q or a dad, soccer coach, business leader, I had to be the best, funniest, most unique, etc all the time. Lots of unnecessary pressure. Of course, sometimes we need our A game. Today, I brought the outline of a plan and the intention to make it challenging and fun. It wasn’t perfect but it was good enough to get a solid beatdown, have a few laughs and start the week on a great note.
