Waterfall – flutter kicks/single leg hip thrusts/plank/reverse lunge MARY: 10x dolphin hops
ANNOUNCEMENTS: the grunt
COT: pain is temporary, records are forever. Sometimes it’s go time and you need to throw all the chips in.
