THE THANG:
We played F3 Par 3. You get a pitching wedge and a putter. The hole (a Red solo cup) is positioned about 100 yds away. Trying to hit the hole in the least amount of swings. Every swing requires some reps of an exercise. Used either 1, 3, 4, 7, 11, 18 or (10, 13, 14, 17, 21, 28) reps for a given exercise for the hole. All the PAX carried a cinder block (your golf clubs) to the ball location after it was hit. Every PAX got a hole.
