– Mosey to park at dead end of 38th St NW
– Tabata on park picnic tables (20 secs work, 10 secs rest X 8 sets) – Alternate shoulder taps with feet on bench and dips
– Mosey to steps behind townhouses on 37th
– Half of PAX at bottom of steps alternate the following: 10 air squats, 10 merkins, 10 monkey humpers while other half runs up stairs to cul-de-sac on Huidekoper St. then exercise around cul-de-sac and return down stairs
– Switch with other half of PAX…3 sets alternating running, lunging and crab walking around cul-de-sac – Mosey back to park for Tabata Set 2
– Alternate dips and mucho lego
– Mosey back to Georgetown Community Track

YHC has been blessed to join Iron Sharpens Iron where we are now discussing Proverbs. All invited. The theme of Proverbs is Godly Wisdom.
That said, our region is filled with many wise HIM.
YHC shared a few examples of COT messages that have been transformative at some level… Trademark from just this past Tuesday and the epidemic of loneliness with F3 as an antidote… FIFA (F3 The Capital) and bogey with their important, transparent, and vulnerable messages on mental health at a time that men suffer at epidemic levels and turn to self medication rather than more effective solutions…and of course Lucius and his message on complaining. YHC did not post on that day but read the COT and sent that diagram to his team at work and family. :partying_face:
