THE THANG:

In the circle we split into two groups. Group one rolls the die and has to do that number of runs between midfield and the goal line. Meanwhile, the other team does an exercise in the circle until they return.

The exercise include:
– Coupon squats
– Alternating forward and/or reverse lunges
– Monkey humpers
– Calf raises
– Kettle bell swings
– Alternating oblique raises, switch every 5
– Curls

Mary: LBCs, merkins (I think), maybe others

COT: YHC talked about dealing with anxiety and how some of those methods are now being used to help his kids as well. Meditation is certainly one of the most effective.
