COT: YHC described the David Letterman show with Warren Zevon’s last performance. Warren previously publicly disclosed his terminal cancer diagnosis. When asked by Dave asked if he had gained any insight Warren’s response was to enjoy the little things “enjoy every sandwich.” Understandably, we focus on the big life events (big vacations, graduations, etc.), but the vast majority of life is comprised of the day to day. Enjoy every sandwich seems like good advice to YHC.
