WARMUP: The PAX gathered along the frozen tundra of the Lake Braddock High School football field. Whereas initially they were aimless in their pursuit of physical fitness today a young man, full of pluck, by the name of Ashe took charge and led these men on a journey they would never forget, in a time they never expected, ane in a place void of heat. He quickly marshalled his troops and directed Pop Fly to give a proper warm-up to the men. And then it was on.
THE THANG: Ashe reasserted control over this motley Crew and made them do work. Then growing tired and weak in the cold, he passed control to none other than Walk-on. As the fog and confusion slowly burned off from his eyes, he led the men in another round of exercises. At that point it was determined that Monk needed to take over and provide relief to the group and the form of more than 50 burpees. Determining that our shoulders had not been properly exercised, it was directed that Peanuts, the crown Prince of the shoulder press, should deliver the men a shoulder beat down unlike one they would never remember. At this point the PAX were loose and ready for more exercise. So Pop Fly obliged the men. It was around this time that some rando named Popeyes showed up and demanded that we run a lap. He was quickly told that that was not an option that he was able to present in a matter that we would take seriously. As a result we allowed him to leave the group and the spirited round of LBCs. MARY: 3 v 3 ultimate ensued
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Rudy’s golf next thursday, there will be an event for the church that Kool Aid and Hostess attend with details to follow. COT: The Sun is shining and it’s going to be a good day
