WARMUP: Drove around exploring the many parking lots surrounding this site – finally spotted some Marylanders – they are a seafaring bunch so you can smell them before you see them. SSH; WMH; Dirty Bird; MP; DD; WGS; CK
THE THANG: Circled up with coupons for some ring of fire: each pax counts the up for 5 for a total of 40 curls, bent over rows, chest press; and OH press. We mixed in some moseying with some compulsory split squats, calf raises, air squats and St. Bernard squats.
MARY: the fire kept burning for some pickle pointers, pickle pounders, American hammers, around the worlds, dirty dogs, monkey humpers, LBCs, toy soldiers and whatever other punishments these guys could dish out
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Arlington lab, Springfield road cleanup, boneathon, Murph, convergence, dad’s camp.
COT: it was great to meet some new HIMs and be back where I grew up. FC was a special place for me and was really a very atypical HS experience. Coffee was a nice touch!
