THE THANG: Deck O’ Cards work out
2 decks of cards. Both flipped at same time. Partner A did what was on Deck 1 (Cardio) and Partner B did what Deck 2 said until Partner A was done. Then they switched.

(3) Lunge Walk 100 yards / Monkey Humpers
(4) 400 yd sprint / squats
MARY: Accomplished during the Deck O’ Cards workout
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Peanuts has the Q tomorrow. There will be another 2nd F event in 4 years.
COT: The Q, having listened to Mounthe’s COT the other day was reminded of a passage from Paul Bowles 1949 book, The Sheltering Sky.
“Death is always on the way, but the fact that you don’t know when it will arrive seems to take away from the finiteness of life. It’s that terrible precision that we hate so much. But because we don’t know, we get to think of life as an inexhaustible well. Yet everything happens only a certain number of times, and a very small number, really. How many more times will you remember a certain afternoon of your childhood, some afternoon that’s so deeply a part of your being that you can’t even conceive of your life without it? Perhaps four or five times more. Perhaps not even that. How many more times will you watch the full moon rise? Perhaps
twenty. And yet it all seems limitless.”
The Q shared this as a reminder that we should not take things for granted
