COT:
Q has been reading a book about the temperaments – four personality groupings first developed by the Greeks but that have lasting influence and application today. While limiting yourself (or someone else) to only what that group says they “are” is, frankly, unjust, using the temperaments as a tool for understanding why we think and do things a certain way can be helpful for setting ourselves/others up for success and maintaining harmony & respect in our relationships. It is also a helpful way of identifying social aspects that you may need to work harder on than others, as well as creating strategies that can play to your strengths.
