THE THANG:

PAX line up on the goal line:
– run 5 yards, do 5 burpees, repeat every 5 yards to the 25 yard line – run 5 yards, do 5 squats, repeat every 5 yards to the 50 yard line – run 5 yards, do 5 burpees, repeat every 5 yards to the far 25 yard line – run 5 yards, do 5 lunges, repeat every 5 yards to the far goal line.

Return to the starting point. Form groups of 3 and line up with coupons on the sideline for 3-person Dora. One PAX performs coupon exercises on the near sideline, one PAX performs body weight exercises on the far sideline and one PAX runs between them. – first set: 60 blockees and 60 kraken burpees
– second set: 120 coupon squats and 120 mountain climbers
