acropolis Keeping it pretty simple

WARMUP: SSH; WMH; CP; MP; hammies; DD; WGS
THE THANG: Pair up. 6 exercises – 3 on one sideline (OH Press; Curls; Dips) and 3 on the other (Merkins; Monkey Humpers; Bulgarian Split Squat). You and partner do 20 reps of each exercise and then mosey to other sideline for next exercise. Once done with all 6, run a lap. Rinse and repeat but add 10 reps to each exercise. Complete as many circuits as you can. HT and I decided to let Doodles and Ashe win early on. MARY: PPs; WW2s; FKs; whatever weird thing Ashe does
