Start with first exercise (Flying Squirrel), then Sprint across field, then mosey back.
Do first exercise (Flying Squirrel), then add second exercise (Merkin), Sprint and Mosey. Repeat adding new exercise on each round. (Sprint + Mosey to just Mosey as necessary)
