THE THANG: one pax runs the length of the soccer field with a rucksack. At either end, a pax is doing an assigned exercise. In the pocket of the rucksack, there are cards with other exercises. So one would run to the other side, switch the rucksack and pull out a card. Do that exercise until the other person returns. V ups

Q was up most of the night because there was some vandalism. His son went to a high school football game and someone shattered the windshield of his car. There are security cameras and a police report was filed. QIC was full of adrenaline which prevented a good night sleep.
