WARMUP: SHH, merkins, WMH, shuffles, high knees, and. Mosey around the parking lot
THE THANG: We had a few beach games to play! One team of two played badminton and the other played paddle ball. Any drops by team 1 they did 5 merkins, for team 2 it was 5 air squats. First team to reach 5 drops caused the teams to switch. The second set of 5 and the PAX went on a mosey and did some stairs.

Rinse and repeat 2x or so.
