PART #2
• Teams wait in wall sit
• First PAX completes 10 monkey humpers (IC) and then bear crawls to cone and back • Repeat for all PAX
• Losing team completes 10 burpees (5 burpees for first loser)
PART #3: 3 rounds, 10 Aussie merkins and 10 squats
PART #4
• Teams wait in plank position
• First PAX completes 10 merkins, then crab walks to cone and back • Repeat for all PAX
• Losing team completes 10 burpees (5 burpees for first loser)
PART #5: 3 rounds, 10 lunges and 10 flutter kicks (plus bonus 10 merkins, because YHC forgot what the second exercise was supposed to be at first)
PART #6:
• Team completes 5 merkins together, then first PAX sprints to 25 yard line and back • Repeat for all PAX
• Losing team completes 10 burpees (5 burpees for first loser)
PART #6a: Lots of misunderstandings about PART 6, so we did it again.
PART #6b: Still more misunderstanding, so everyone just did 5 burpees at the end.
