“Elementary School”
Get coupons
Begin with single-file loop
kindergarten: 12x Jump overs (over coupon), then loop (add skipping) 1st grade: repeat above, 12x curls, then loop (add hopping)
2nd grade: repeat above, add squats (with coupon), then loop (add holding hands) 3rd grade: repeat above, add Bend over row (with coupon), then loop 4th grade: repeat above, add 12x Merkins, then loop, then loop 5th grade: repeat above, add Overhead (with coupon), then loop
5th grade: parent teacher conference… Failed 5th grade, repeat for good measure, recovery loop

“Bropee”
12x Performing a burpee with a partner simultaneously so that on your squat jump up you execute a most excellent high five.

“Guantanamo”
Pax in a circle on their backs heels up. First pax jumps up and pushes the feet down around the circle fighting to keep legs off the ground. Followed by next pax in line then hit the ground legs up when back to your start position until last man finishes the circle.
