3.3 mile ruck with weights and “the baby”. Weighted squats, merkins, burpees, etc.

COT:

All throughout the ruck + coffeeteria afterwards. Talked a little about disrupting our families in a good way and how we’re teaching our kids about thankfulness and gratitude.
