WARMUP: SSH, Hillbilly, Cherry Picker, WMH, LBAC, Downdog/COBRA
THE THANG: PAX split into 4 groups and ran together to 4 different places around the AO where one timing group would do a run either up and back down a hill or around a loop and the other groups did various exercises, with 2 rounds of running and exercises performed at each of the locations: (1) Derkins; Side hops; and Overhead Press; (2) Dips; SSH; and Overhead Claps; (3) Merkins; Bonnie Blair; Michael Phelps; and (4) Plank; Step Ups; and Don Quixote MARY: Ran out of Time

COT: I have unofficially Q’d the hottest and coldest days of the year so far. It’s fine to exercise in extremes but try to avoid them when dealing with others. Be a Ferris Bueller day!
