THE THANG:

1. ski hops and side to side shuffle dropping to do 10 merkins on command

2. lunge to the 50, circle up, and go around the circle Mary style with each person counting off fives of the following: burpees Bonnie Blair’s and squat jumps. We got to 20- 25 of each.

3. lunch back to the goal line and circle up with cinder blocks with each person counting off fives of the following going around: squat press, cinder block swing, and chops or side to side rotation with the block. We got to 20 to 25 of each.

4. to sprints to the far end of the field with toy soldiers and holding Superman pose for a minute in between.

MARY: crossover merkins, curls for nano, and flutter kicks
