COT:
Comment on Travis Kelce moment of yelling a Chief’s coach Andy Reid. Kelce let his frustration and emotions get to him almost knocking his coach off balance. The coach maintained his composure as teammates pulled him away. Minutes later Kelce hugged the coach, with Reid patting him on the back. These two have history working together and know in the end they need to support each other.

Sometimes we lose control or sometimes those we love or respect may lose control with us. We should do our best recognize our mistakes and/or control ourselves in the face of emotion. Remember who we are and continue to love and work with our friends, family and co-workers to achieving our best.

COT:

Shedding these Burdens, opening up our Vulnerability. Hearing this openness in recent CoT, shows how close this Brotherhood is.
Vulnerability is a characteristic trait of great leaders. Great Leaders recognize the importance of bringing vulnerability to work because it’s the foundation for Open & Nonjudgmental communication.

“If all were perfect, what should we have to suffer from others for God’s sake? But God has so ordained, that we may learn to bear with one another’s burdens, for there is no man without fault, no man without burden, no man sufficient to himself nor wise enough. Hence we must support one another, console one another, mutually help, counsel, and advise, for the measure of every man’s virtue is best revealed in time of adversity — adversity that does not weaken a man but rather shows what he is.”
― Thomas à Kempis, The Imitation of Christ
