CHOICE of Bat to use for your Tee Ball swat:
– Yellow Wiffle Bat or
– GID Burpee Bat
[Requires 1 burpee before baserunning, but ball goes farther]

Fielders: Choose an exercise while Batter Up (e.g. SSHs, Airsquats, CalfRaise, etc.)

Baserunners: Before every Tee ball swat by the batter, must be either in an Al Gore position or standing on one foot.

Starting with at the edge of the track, the PAX did 10x, curls, overhead press, coupons squats, and burpees/blockies
Then, the PAX did a lap Ricky Bobby style. During the running, EMOM timer set for 2 merkins and 2 big bois. Round 2, counts increased by 5, and EMOM exercises increased by 2. We completed 4 laps.
